From Friday 9 to Sunday 11 May will be held Antica.mente, the festival of classical culture and ancient literature.
The theme chosen for this first edition is Ad armi pari. Voices of women from antiquity, and stems from the desire to strengthen our awareness of a crucial issue in today’s society, such as gender equality, through classical texts.
A rich programme of initiatives (talks, shows, guided tours, workshops…) open to citizens and schools, which will investigate the origin of stereotypes and discrimination that we are struggling to overcome, listening to voices of redemption that still speak to us from antiquity.
Antica.mente: A journey through stories that have never been forgotten, powerful myths and words that still know how to change the world.
