Live music with the Full Moon Quartet On the eve of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, “See you in New York” arrives on the stage of the Don Bosco Theatre, a hilarious musical comedy to celebrate the talent, grit and determination of women with lightness and laughter .
The real protagonists are two female figures of character: Federica Santinello, a demanding theater manager but with a biting humour, and Stefania Miotto, an eclectic singer capable of interpreting a gallery of unlikely audition candidates with astonishing skill.
The concert is in support of Sister Laura Girotto’s mission in Ethiopia in collaboration with the Amici di Adwa association, which since 1998 has been involved in development cooperation, charity, distance support and aid to the population of Ethiopia.
In Adwa in particular, the aid focuses on the “Kidane Mehret” mission and hospital, founded by Sister Laura Girotto and thanks to the help of benefactors: the objective is to provide economic autonomy, food, treatment and healthcare to a population marked for years by war, famine and serious deficiencies in the healthcare system.
